TPI Assessment

What the screen involves

We start with a conversation about your golf, your goals and any current symptoms. I then take you through the TPI movement screen, followed by tests of mobility, stability, strength and power. Every result is measured and recorded, so you have a clear baseline rather than an opinion.

What you receive

A written findings report explaining your results and what they may mean for your golf. A six-week plan built around your main priorities. Your baseline scores, so any future retest can be compared like for like.

Where it happens

I come to you, at home or at your golf club, by arrangement. I'm based in Bagshot and cover Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire, including (not limited to) Camberley, Lightwater, Windlesham, Sunningdale, Ascot, Virginia Water, Bracknell, Woking, Guildford, Farnborough and Fleet.

Who it's for

Club golfers who have a recurring back, hip or shoulder complaint that affects how they practise or play, feel stiff or restricted through the swing, or want an objective measure of their physical capacity for golf.

After the screen

Many golfers use the six-week plan on their own. If you'd like ongoing support, the Golf Body Membership is £199 a month for two mobile sessions a month, with a three-month minimum and a full retest at week 12 so you can compare your scores with your baseline. There's no obligation to continue.

Questions

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes you can move in. Bring your golf shoes and a club if we're at your home.

Do I need to be injured?

No. Many golfers I see simply want to know how their body measures up against the demands of the swing.

Can I keep seeing my current physio or coach?

Yes. I'm happy to work alongside them and share findings with your consent.
